Senior Game Designer - Destiny 2
I spent 5 years at Bungie working on Progression, Economy, and Seasonal Event content.
On the Economy team, I contributed to increased player retention by developing systems for seasonal releases including quests and new ritual loop content. I curated multiple seasons of the MTX Storefront to provide players with compelling costumes, customization options, and gameplay enhancers that resulted in increased revenue. I designed a popular new accessory bundle content category on the Storefront to provide matching cosmetics for players.
I was also in charge of the design and implementation the Ghosts 2.0 system overhaul, a system marrying functionality and cosmetic player expression.
While on the seasonal events team, I collaborated with other designers and a cross-discipline team to develop seasonal pursuits, quests, and content to keep players engaged through the duration of a season.
